We designed the Shearwater 125 to accommodate several optional propulsion systems—paddle. pedal. or power acceleration. It comes standard with a paddle pod. Plus. with the release of our new Impulse Drive. Vibe pedal-driven kayak owners have the option of two different pedal systems. The Impulse Drive is a propeller-driven pedal system that features instant reverse. and our X-Drive is a fin drive that's perfect for fishing in shallow water.
